It was technically a “dive bar”, in that it had cheap food and drinks, and a beaten down aesthetic, but it hadn’t boasted a blue-collar clientele in decades. Instead, the seats were filled baristas, bookstore workers, and their ilk, there to complain about global warming, the lack of decent vegan options, and general ennui.
